Meet the Team
Our mission is to provide evidence-based, holistic mental health care using
the art and science of healing to women, children and adolescents.

Dr. Katherine Mallory
Dr. Katherine Mallory is a psychiatrist for children, adolescents and women. She’s the owner and director of Mallory Psychiatry in Lenox, MA and has completed her training all over the world, including the UK and Africa. She looks at every patient as an individual, taking into account the whole picture and how their specific circumstances affect their mental health, including life circumstances, family, school, work, physical health, and community. Her approach to psychiatry is holistic and patient-centered.

Dana Frank, DNP-PMHNP
Dana Frank is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who has dedicated her career over the past 12 years to mental health nursing. She graduated from Boston College with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and became a registered nurse in 2016. She went on to gain extensive experience in mental health nursing in emergency departments, inpatient units for all ages, and substance use programs. Aiming to gain more extensive knowledge about mental health treatments such as medication and psychotherapy, she attended graduate school at the University of Maryland, Baltimore and obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2022, specializing in advanced practice psychiatric-mental health nursing. As a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, she has experience in outpatient community-mental health treatment before joining Mallory Psychiatry.
Dana is experienced in working with psychiatric medications but recognizes how significantly emotional, physical, and spiritual factors contribute to overall mental health and well-being. She uses medications mindfully in her practice and incorporates non-pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic interventions into her treatment. She has a strong interest in holistic approaches and takes her time to best treat each person individually.
Outside of her work, Dana enjoys life in the Berkshires including spending time outside hiking, knitting, watching movies, practicing Iyengar yoga, and traveling.

Evelyn Cass, LICSW
Evelyn Cass, LICSW, is a therapist and social worker who works with teens and adult women using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. She creates a warm, compassionate space where her clients feel heard and understood. She believes we are our own healers, that each of us holds the strengths needed to embrace our potential. She works alongside her clients to help them safely experience and express their feelings, without judgement, as they access their innate wisdom and inner compass. She has experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. She draws from modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic practices. Her dog, Millie, joins for in-person sessions and brings an energy of comfort and levity to sessions in a way only a furry friend can.
